As the department head of your college or university, you have a need for a small application that does not have to be integrated into your institution’s overall data systems. Your project is too small for a server database like Oracle or SQL Server, but your IT staff does not support MS Access. You may have an employee who knows a little Access, or a legacy application that’s been around for years. But you don’t have the technical resources or expertise to come up with a totally integrated solution that will support your current and future needs without suffering from design flaws and errors.

Our Satisfied Clients Say it Best

  • Sandy built Cornell AAP Communications a wonderful new contact database. As clients, we knew the functionality that we needed, but were far from being database experts. We were able to rely on Sandy’s expertise to make recommendations on how to organize and access the data.

Sandy’s patience and ability to clearly explain details was much appreciated. She was able to take the data from our basic Access database and merge it with our scattered spreadsheets of similar, but different, data, and deliver a rock-solid, one-stop contact database for all of our email and snail mail needs.

  • Our local office was in need of a custom designed upgrade to a previously existing, extremely outdated (over a decade old), Access database. We wanted to make upgrades as over the years the operations of our office had changed and working with Sandy has allowed us to do so. She took the time to thoroughly immerse herself in the project, learning many of the “Ins and Outs” of our office and in doing so was able to intelligently custom design a database that fit our needs. She came up with very creative solutions to issues that I never would have thought of! She designed a front end that is both visually appealing and exceeded my expectations.

Sandy did a great job working with everyone involved and not only did she help educate me on the inner workings and updates to our database, but she also took the time to educate everyone who uses the database. She also went above and beyond by teaching me some of the functions of MS Access so that I can better support my office if issues arise or if changes need to be made in the future.

The new database looks great, is user friendly, and perfect for what we needed. Thank you so much for your hard work and dedication. It was great working with you Sandy!
